Last week we launched our Herston Carraige shed appeal, which aims to raise £65,000 by the end of June, to enable the steel girders to be ordered so that construction can begin once again on site in November, with the view to completing the shed in early 2022.
To kick start our appeal we have been approached by a generous member who will match any donations made from now until the end of March, up to the value of £5,000.
Fundraising Chairman Randy Coldham said "I would like to thank the member who has made this generous donation and who wishes to remain anonymous. If we manage to raise the other £5,000 it will make a very positive start to the appeal.
